Most frequent questions and answers

We work strictly with NCNDA with both sellers and buyers, we only accept company emails and passport ID for this document

SOP is short for Standard Operating Procedure and is usually set out by the seller, indicating payment method, delivery and certifications

a DLC is Documentary Letter of Credit which is widely used for international Trade and is an agreement by  the buyer and sellers banks. An SBLC is a guarantee (usually on an annual basis) from the Buyers bank to pay if the buyer defaults

Some basic documents are required such as a your company profile (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering statement (AML) a Purchase Order and some Proof of Funds (POF…If required by the seller)
